Placing an Order

Setting up an account is required to place an order if it is the first time you are shopping with us. This is free of charge. By creating an account, you will be able to follow your orders and request returns or exchanges.

Please keep your personal information up-to-date to receive information about new collections, offers and other promotions from time to time.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed we will send you an order confirmation by email including all the items that you want to buy. The order is confirmed and accepted once payment is confirmed.

We hold the right not to accept your order if the payment is not authorised or in case of any unforeseen circumstance. If this happens you will be informed accordingly.

Is it possible to change an order?

This is not always possible. An order cannot be changed once it is dispatched.

Can I leave an order in the shopping bag?

Yes. You can see the items in your shopping bag when you are logged in. The items will remain in your shopping bag also once you log out however this does not mean that the items have been reserved for you. The items in your shopping bag will be available for purchase by other customers if the order is not completed.

Can I track my order?

Local Customers

Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email with a confirmation. We will contact you to confirm delivery details.

International Customers

A tracking number will be assigned to your shipment and an email with your tracking number will be sent to you so that you can check progress with the respective courier.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Can I order by phone?

Yes, please give us a call on +356 99442920 and we will place the order for you over the phone or assist you accordingly.

Is a change of address possible after placing an order?

This cannot be done once an order is dispatched.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Yes. We do offer gift wrapping services at an extra charge of €5.
